Pravin was a college kid out for a night of partying. He ended up dead in the woods, beaten to death. Police alleged he died of hypothermia. Carbondale PD is notorious for cover-ups, the chief at the time of Pravin's death was Jody O'Quinn, who later resigned under mysterious circumstances after his service weapon was "stolen", & was not reported as so until two weeks later when it was used in a murder. This story really has everything, but Pravin and his family have yet to see justice.
