[Posted on the OU subreddit but figured I'd post here as well]
I've recently opened an application for a Master's degree but I seem to be getting conflicting emails.
The first email says, "Thank you for choosing a postgraduate Open University programme. This programme and its modules have entry requirements that you must meet before you can begin your study."
I've followed the link in the email and filled in all the relevant details including a photo of my BA certificate but after I hit the submit button it sends me to a page telling me I don't have access.
The conflicting part, however, is an email I received a few hours after the first saying,
"We expect to open for registration on 18 March 2020. We'll automatically reserve you a place on that date, and send you details of the course fee and how to formally register. You won't need to pay anything until then."
As you can imagine I'm somewhat confused here. Have I been accepted on to the course or do I need to wait till the 18th before I fill in the details asked for in the first email?
Is anyone else having or had these problems previously?
