I made a gamble and I guess I lost?

Hi,

I am a student, and as I am an idiot, in my first year, I decided to move into a private accommodation, therefore I have made absolutely 0 friends. I’m going into my 3rd year next year and I have met 0 people. Now, I made another gamble, where I moved into my uni’s city permanently for some idiotic reason and I am stuck here forever. Anyone got any tips? University of Nottingham btw.
