Do all game engines function essentially the same as Unity?

Post Body

I Googled and YT but couldn't find any straight answers.

As in, the Unity workflow seems solid. Inspector, Canvas, attaching scripts to Gameobjects etc. I only have minimal Unreal experience, but it seems fundamentally the same, despite different terminology.

I was just wondering if all game engines were basically like that.
