Enemy Physics
Post Body

Hey guys, I'm currently working on Metroidvania style of game. Got in a bit of issue with enemy class. Got 2 questions for you guys.

First, Do you guys use custom enemy physics class for enemy physics? or simply using RigidBody2D and Physics2D? When I say Physics, I mean gravity, movement, impulse...

Second, Do you guys prefer using Raycasting or Collision/TriggerEnter methods for detection? I tried both ways, feels like raycasting is heavier on the cpu load but gets more accurate outputs for me.

Thank you
