Hey!
At work I was given a bunch of old Flash animations, some even coded in ActionScript 2.0. As we want to bring all of them to 2016, we want to use HTML5 / WebGL.
As Animate CC can not simply convert the old files to a working HTML5 canvas and I have no experience with Animate, I started rebuilding the scenes in Unity. But as I kept coding I realized, that there is a lot more code now than there was before so now I'm starting to question this approach.
Does anyone here have any experience with Animate CC / Flash and can tell me if Unity is a viable tool for this or if I should just stick to Flash (of course as HTML5 canvas).
The animations in question are for a firefighter training tool, so the feature some of the machinery with sliders and buttons to simulate their inner workings under certain conditions (waterflow, pressure, etc).
Thank you! :)
