Per the vote granting Abyssima provisional status in the U3P, it is now time to give them a proper vote on becoming a full member:
Full Status - This town meets all requirements of the U3P and enjoys all the benefits of membership.
As the title implies, full membership would put Abyssima on equal footing with the rest. This includes the ability to cast votes on official votes.
