Hello again everyone, it's St_Leibowitz once more – no longer an executor of Gensokyo or khan of Goodsprings, but now khan of the city of Coronatlan in Yoahtl. At the behest of Lord_Pericorp once again, and on behalf of the nation of Yoahtl, I'm making another announcement, this time in relation to Yoahtl's recent departure from the U3P and the aftermath.

As there seems to be some concern and confusion on this point, I'll deal with it up front: There are no plans, and have never been any plans, to attack Wander, Blackcrown, Pella, or any other U3P state. We bear no ill will towards any of you, and truthfully it was partly out of concern for your standing internationally and your general drama-freeness that we ultimately left. Foreign entanglements are planned in the future, and as we've seen before – in the issue with Yoahtl, Gensokyo, and Holy Tree that I also had to make a post on – those tend to bring the conflicts the rest of the server seems to enjoy to your doorstep. In particular, we've been establishing closer ties to Polynesia and Chanada, which – let's be honest – aren't the most uncontroversial groups, Polynesia especially. If we ever formalize an alliance with Pol and are called to defend them, we don't want that impacting the rest of the United Provinces.

Additionally, Yoahtl intends to pursue its own ambitions of territorial expansion and growth in the near future, and leaving the U3P frees us to do that – we know that we will be the only nation to suffer any backlash against our actions. That probably makes it sound like we're about to go on a map-painting spree, but we aren't. In reality, we're just going to be buying some new lands and making ourselves self-reliant and strong enough to defend ourselves and our friends abroad. Nobody is under threat, nobody will be invaded. But with growth and international alliances comes drama inevitably, which none of you deserve to get tangled up in if you had no part in starting it.

By withdrawing from the U3P, we disassociate ourselves from it and help prevent any drama or backlash against any of our actions from impacting the alliance organization as a whole, as well as enabling ourselves to do what's needed to ensure Yoahtl's own prosperity. We hope that good relations and trade can continue with you all in the future. You're all wonderful people and it's out of concern for you as well as hopes for our own future we withdraw – not any kind of hostile intention or hatred.
