It's been a bit of a hiatus with all the incoming exp and enchanting changes, but I am pleased to announce that we are once again open for business.

Right now we are using the diamond cauldron #1 recipe which utilizes:

512 carrots

512 sugar cane

256 Glass Bottles

128 Bread

128 Grass Blocks

128 Brown Mushrooms

64 melons

64 cocoa

32 dandelions

8 acacia saplings

8 oak saplings

8 jungle saplings

Each material is traded in stacks of 64 and each stack of material rewards 5 bottles of exp. Edit: I've set it up to collect for 8 runs of materials at a time. So each time the coop goes, it will produce 16 blocks. So values for exchanges reflect that at the location.
