Suggestion for Voting Protocol

I catch myself missing pretty much the majority of all the Senator votes of the U3P, because I don't check this subreddit often and I don't use multireddit as it has too much clutter. So, a suggestion to get Senators more involved and invested in the U3P:
Send PMs to all the Senators to let them know whenever a new topic has come up to vote on.
That's it. Perhaps the person writing the post, or the Secretary General, or someone else, should take on that simple task.
