Thank you everyone for such a great month for the U3P! Instead of the expected January doldrums, we've dealt with and survived the flames of both the nether and griefers. Endured through attempted assassinations and an all out war right outside of our borders; and we've come out stronger than ever! Thanks to the hard work of individuals from every city we've become connected to the world, built beautiful Hubs and rails, and even picked up a few more cities!

But enough of that blather, duties of the Secretary General are as follows:

1. To manage and organize both the general U3P subreddit as well as the government subreddit, to include but not limited to; establishing reddit rules of conduct and holding official votes.

2. To organize mumble conferences with the purpose of discussing any major issues the U3P faces.

3. To serve as a foreign representative on behalf of the U3P.

4. To assist prospective towns in their attempt to gain membership in the U3P.

5. To encourage the continued participation of senators in the official business of the U3P.

6. And to objectively mediate major disputes between U3P towns.
