Pella made an agreement with me that I could build on a tiny sliver of their land which was along the Blackcrown/Pella border. Since then, I have built a 20x20 tower to sky limit, and am currently working on a 100x100 pyramid to sky limit. Also, I am quarrying out a 300x300 area.

Now, Pella is saying that I no longer have any claim on the land, despite the fact that I:

1. Got prior approval of the Pellan state in the past.
2. Have built on the land for more than 6 months extensively with no problems from Pella.

Now, I am being told that my structures will be destroyed, because they are 'of no use to Pella', and they are saying that my agreement with the Pellan state is void because of a change in leadership. The tower has been there for over 4 months in an incomplete state.

I request that the U3P defuse the situation please!
