Proletarskaya originated as the Civcraft Socialist Coalition, the union of the Marxist Leninist city of Proletarskaya, the Market Socialist city of Quito, and the Social Democrat city of Prosperity. We initially agreed that the borders of the CSC would be a 1k radius of 8.8k, 8.8k. The land was divided up pretty evenly between the three cities, Quito having the south, Proletarskaya in the middle, Prosperity in the north.

Prosperity was removed from the CSC as they did not follow our hate speech laws. They never got much built, so I don't consider it an issue, really. That's not the issue. The issue is that Proletarskaya absorbed all of Prosperity's land, instead of it being common land. We didn't think much of it at the time.

Then, Proletarskaya went and claimed extensive plots of land stretching far out of the 1k radius of 8.8k, 8.8k. We(Quito) objected to this, but it was tied in the CSC council 3 in favor(all Proletarskayans)/3 against(all Quiteños), and they just did it anyway.

Quito got less busy, but we still had players, until I was illegally and democratically expelled from the CSC by Proletarskaya because of the Poser Brigade drama. After that, I was banned from my own city, the person who was basically the founder of Quito quit because he felt the drama was stupid(it was), and the last remaining player desperately tried to keep the city together by himself. Of course, he failed. Quito died because of Proletarskaya. It was in decline at the time, but it wasn't irreversible. They sealed our fate.

The last remaining resident of Quito desperately tried to keep Proletarskaya from making Quito just a neighborhood of Proletarskaya, as they were basically viewing it this way. Recently, Proletarskaya voted to dissolve the Civcraft Socialist Coalition and (formally) make the entire place Proletarskaya, including Quito. Of course, the only remaining member of Quito who was still allowed to vote was outvoted.

Shortly after, the last remaining member of Quito was removed from the CSC subreddit, days after Proletarskaya absorbed our city, leaving us no hope of ever regaining it.

Proletarskaya has constantly grown and absorbed cities and land that does not belong to them. It's not like they use this land, either, it's all absentee ownership. They have massive claims, and less than 5 active members. It's ridiculous.
