Greetings.

As Prime Minister of the Aytian Federal Republic and leader of the majority coalition in the Aytos Federal Parliament, I am personally authorised to speak on behalf of the AFR and to negotiate treaties on its behalf. We seek the AFR's admission to the UMM General Assembly.

The AFR presently meets all requirements of Article II Section 1 of the UMM charter for membership in the UMM General Assembly. Additionally, if accepted into the General Assembly, we will qualify for Security Council membership upon meeting the two-week time requirement, as we have a population of twelve active players at least two of whom are equipped in prot.

If admitted, Aytos and the AFR will be strategic additions to the United Minus Minus for a number of reasons. We have the highest player population of any remaining minus minus state outside the UMM. Our capitol Aytos has a strategic location on the southeastern frontier of UMM territory and is a major rail hub with connections to Aeon, Orion, Etherium, Carson, the Commonwealth, Vale, and coming soon, Centerville. Finally, we have strong cultural and trade ties to both Orion and Aeon, and a long standing history of security cooperation with Orion and Etherium, making our membership a natural extension of the present UMM alliance.

If the AFR is accepted, it will have two individuals at all times with official standing as Aytian representatives to the UMM: The Aytian Prime Minister (currently myself) and the Aytian Foreign Minister (currently stratmatt57).
