Mine personally, after seeing the draft is this (I am a DC fan so some bias)

  1. Stallions

  2. Defenders

  3. Renegades

  4. Memphis

  5. St. Louis(depends if AJ comes back)

    1. San Antonio
  6. Roughnecks

    1. Panthers

Here’s why for each

  1. Stallions: Do I really have to? Had a great draft buffing up the already really good defense and adding a good o line spot. 2. Defenders: A lot of returning talent on that defense and buffing up that already dangerous defensive line. Along with Abram Smith back the run game will not suffer. Only issue is QB but King should be fine with the supporting cast he has. I don't think it’s an issue. 3. Renegades: Despite having the mediocre draft they are still a threat. Their coach is arguably one of the best in the league. 4. Memphis: This one will shock a lot of people but they had the best draft with the Stallions right behind them. They buffed up their offense with some new OL and Darius Victor at running back. Their defense has always been their best suit iop. 5. BattleHawks: They had the best round one pick and that was drafting  Jachour Pearson, the best WR in the XFL. However, I don't think it's enough without AJ Maccaron. With a lacking defense and no set QB it's hard to put them any higher. If AJ does return I would put them right around 3-4. 6. San Antonio: Despite picking up some really good pieces for their offense and already powerful running game. Their main weakness would be their quarterback(haven't seen him that much) and air game. Despite picking up Latimer they don't have any big pieces at WR. Their new HC with Wade Phillpis would make them a much bigger threat but I don't think it will be enough but very well could be. 7. Roughnecks: They had imo they had a horrible draft with some good spots here and there. Their run game is the best part of them but they don't have the QB for it and no passing game. The biggest loss would be HC Phillips and they will be looking for the same but I don't think they will have it. 8. Panthers: The worst draft I've seen and drafting a back-up quarterback. Their only good pick was Wes Hill and that's it. Despite playing in the best stadium it's not gonna be enough. They mostly picked stability picks (excluding some Wr's). I just don't think it will be a good year in Michigan for the panther fans.

And that's it. I do have some bias as a DC fan but tried to limit that. These are all up for debate so have fun with it!
