Members-gate only ironman?

Thinking of starting an ironman where im only allowed to use the continent tied to the members gate.
This means no islands aside from fishing trawler.
What are the main obstacles? Skill blocks? Biggest challenges? Meta?
I'll document my journey, but i'd like to get a finger on what I'll be expecting.
