The student behavior is out of control. Check out r/Teachers. This is the reason. No support on behavior from admin. I could take the pay were it not for the crazy behavior. I don't work at a prison. It's education. Imagine someone saying to you, "what's your husband's pull out game like?" 7th grade. Then, "you have to stop playing Fortnight and learn math. Put your cell away." Reply: "Um im reporting you and calling my mom." Where are the parents? We don't deserve this.
