NYC carpenters question

Coming to run very small 8 day job in Manhattan. It will be me and 2 local carpenters. Does NYC council honor international agreement? Or will I need to fill out reciprocity forms? Is there anything else I’ll have to do? I’ve heard you have to picket if there long enough, will this be required for the 8 days I’m there? Just wanna honor how my fellow brothers and sisters run things over there, Any info helps!Thanks
