Consensus Checks

• Hire 24/7 Discord support - serv.eth team looking for UNI governance support to be able to continue providing support to users in the official Uniswap Discord.
• Prevent exchanges to vote on Uniswap governance proposals - vote to prevent all centralized and decentralized exchanges from voting on any governance proposal or delegating votes to any other third party to vote for them.
• UNI buyback from market using Uniswap 0.3% fees - confirm to use 20% from all received Uniswap income (project income, not liquidity providers fees) to buy and burn UNI

Temperature Checks

• Create a perpetual Hail Mary UNI/ETH Pool - proposal to create a perpetual UNI/ETH Pool
• Should Uniswap services be paid in UNI? - should UNI or stablecoins be used to pay for services?
• Should we increase the votingDelay? - Voting Delay is the period between when a proposal is made and when voting starts (and the delegation snapshot is taken). The current delay is 1 block. Should it be increased?
• Should the community delegate a working group to make recommendations on the liquidity mining program? - Should delegated group decide on the new liquidity mining pools/program
