Unable to remove liquidity from a Uniswap v3 pool. Help please.

I am trying to withdraw liquidity from a MATIC/USDT pool that is out of range because MATIC has gone up and left me with 100% USDT. When I select remove liquidity and max it goes through the process but on the final confirm/reject screen it always shows 0 MATIC even though I have plenty in my wallet. It sends a pending transaction to my wallet but the pending transaction is always empty. Anyone have this happen and how did you fix it?
