I think telepathy is a skill we have undeveloped or are getting better at. Either or the point is I believe it is real. One day in my high school stoner days with my best friend after school we were smoking in my garage. I thought about this one song they played when I was just about 4-5-6 years old and I don’t know which 90s one hit wonder girl sings the it but the chorus goes, “I dont wanna wait..for our lives to be over dananannanaa sorry?” Some shit like that. Anyways I asked my buddy to guess what song I am thinking of out of nowhere. I never ask him shit like this but I just felt compelled to get his serious good guess try to guess what song. And I said don’t overthink it or underthink it like it might be Tool or Soundgarden or something. I said it could be literally anything. And mind you we are into Tool, Deftones, SG, Acid Bath, Otis Redding and we had and still have a wide pallet.

Anyways this motherfycker looks at me. Ponders for a second. Looks away. And does this goofy dance and blurts out “I dont wanna wait” and I fucking lost it and we just started cracking up in total disbelief. If you knew us you’d understand how crazy it was. Never in a million years could I ask someone the same question and get the same exact words from the same exact part of a song. I had a buddy whose a math genius do the math on the probability a few years ago and it was astronomical.

Definitely other forces were at play that day and thats not the only crazy shit we have had happen and we still talk about it nowadays every once in a while some other crazy synchronicities happen. That guy is like blood family and I feel bad for people who don’t have real friends like I do. Theres something else going on in this world and with me my relationships that are good are just insanely rare. I feel I was blessed with the ability to befriend good like minded people. I hope my daughter inherits this trait lol
