Hi, I’m currently renting an apartment, and my landlord is looking to sell. I made an offer below the asking price, as I can’t afford the amount he wants. Since he’s now organizing visits for potential buyers, I’m looking for subtle ways to make the apartment less appealing.
I don’t want to do anything too extreme, just details that might discourage buyers or lower their offers. Since I’m still living here and have a security deposit at stake, I don’t want to cause any damage. FYI, it's an old building (thin walls, crooked space, small humidity stains...).
Any other subtle but effective ideas?
