ULPT request: how to get my landlord to buy a new fridge

The one I have currently is small. It’s basically the size of a xtra large mini fridge. It also leaks but not enough to really be a bother. Really hate this fridge and want her to buy me another, asap.
P.S. my upstairs neighbor has a wayyyy bigger fridge than me
