My roommate is technically subletting to me. the other day he made up a story about his sister who has 3 kids being kicked out by her abusive boyfriend and that i would need to vacate the premises by TOMMOROW so that she could stay there.

i said FUCK NO because that’s not a legal notice. then, he moves in this random girl who is either 17 or 18 and has no kids to sleep on the couch. that’s how i realized his story was probably fake. after some research i was able to confirm she has no kids and that it’s definitely not his sister in any way.

this random girl has been going into my room without my permission (which i caught due to my security camera and have recorded) and harassing me and trying to intimidate me every time i go downstairs and im assuming all because i didn’t move out in 24 fucking hours after i’ve been living here for months…

so this asshole created a fake story to try and kick me out within 24 hours just so he could move in a random 18 year old… he’s 42 btw. then last night i sent him the video of this random girl going into my room and then he came to my bedroom door wouldn’t stop knocking demanding i come out and talk to him about it. i told him if he wanted to talk he could text me but he still persisted. finally, i threatened to call the police and he finally left.

this has seriously pissed me off. i want to

1. Fuck with him as much as i can LEGALLY for my remaining 30 days here and

2. make sure he gets evicted aswell.

I know that he’s breaking the lease in multiple ways such as unlisted animals, subletting to me without permission, (i’m not on the lease), having over 5 people in a 2 bedroom apt, and there is minor-moderate damage to the house.

and while not on the lease, i’m pretty sure the fact he shares one bedroom with his 3 children is illegal in some way. (2 boys one girl, 7, 9, and 12)

for getting him evicted, i was just thinking i should go to the leasing office and present everything , but not sure if that’s the right move. any tips??
