Context- I live at home to assist as part time caretaker for my grandmother- my mother is the other caretaker.

Our roof is leaking along with many other expensive repairs that need to be done.

How can I go about this/ assist my mom in getting the contracting work/debts accumulated only to my grandma and not have to pay them when she eventually passes?

All I want is to help my mom figure this out so I can leave the house peacefully without worrying about it falling into disrepair because she can’t afford it.
