In early September, I lent my friend 65K rupees. I started asking to return in October and he has been delaying and just says he'll pay back soon.
Now since the last week of October, he has stopped picking up my calls and responding to my texts. I call him at least 15-20 times throughout the day.

I don't know where he lives because we live in different cities, and he was recently transferred from his previous city. Don't know his family also. We studied together in college and he has actually helped me in a difficult time, that's why I lent the money.

Any suggestions on how to get the money back? Also, I know I'm cooked; no need to mention, "If you lend anybody money, don't expect it back."
