So, my new upstairs neighbors are excessively noisy at all hours. I know there's at least 2 adults and 1 six year old. I was told by a friend that has lived in the complex longer than me that this family was recently made to move into this unit because of noise complaints in another part of the complex.

So, they know they're fucking noisy and they persist, which means they're doing it on purpose and they don't give a shit about anyone else.

I've yelled at them through the ceiling, I've banged on the ceiling, I've passionately implored to the ceiling, and I've filed an official noise complaint with the apartment managers.

My toddler is now terrified of their noise.

And, all hours literally means all hours. They hang pictures at 3 am. They let their 6 year old run in the apartment from 5am onward every single day. They stomp, slam, drop, storm, bang, hammer. Excessively. I've got it on recording, clear as day.

The old neighbors were not nearly this loud and there were three kids in the apartment then.

So, since management doesn't give a shit and these people aren't going to change, I'd like to make their lives miserable.

Give me your best ideas on how to thoroughly ruin their solicitude in their own home!
