Little background, this was never an issue before but it started happening way more frequently after an incident. We live on a street where there is a religious gathering place so we often have people take up all the parking stops on the street at certain time of the day or on religious days. We usually have people try to park their long trucks and minivans in the timid spot thats directly in front of our house and sometimes they accidentally go into our driveway, leaving very tight space for us to enter or leave. One day my father was pissed and left a note on their car asking them to be considered on how they leave cars and didn’t realize it my Neighbor A’s car. My neighbor A spoke to Neighbor B about this who has 5 cars (3 mid SUV and 2 15-Passenger vans) and ever since then, Neighbor B has been deliberately parking in front of my house EVERY SINGLE DAY, he as cameras around his house that look onto to the both end of the streets, so everytime I leave with my car either a long or short drive, Neighbor B would move one of his cars from a parked spot in the street and park in front of my house and leave it for days until he gets another one of his cars to replace that parking spot. Everyone in my Family apologized to Neighbor A because my dad genuinely didn’t know it was Neighbor A’s car and we’ve been on good terms. But Neighbor B keeps messing with us. My dad and I we both spoke to him regarding the spot because he would wait in his car or send on of his family members to park up in front of our house. I wouldn’t care if we only had 1 car but we have 2 cars, where both of them are used frequently so we can’t just leave it there and our driveway only supports one. Like I said it was never a problem before because by the I get home from work the street would be near empty but for past couple of weeks I come home to my Neighbor B’s car parked right in front of my house and I have to look for parking further away. I tried being patient about it despite of talking to them and how much it bothered us but that led to no avail. Thats why Im here asking for help on what can I do for him to stop messing with us, because I dont wanna end up doing something where I’ll be caught on his camera
