I hired a personal trainer, but he ended up running off with my money as I prepaid multiple sessions. He’s part of a fitness program with really strict social media guidelines. I’m wondering if I can create an Instagram account under his name and post things that violate those guidelines to get him removed from the program. Looking for some creative ideas here.
Edit: this was someone I trusted and considered a friend didn’t have any formal contract. Sent the money through Venmo I tried reporting it but was unsuccessful. That’s also why I can’t just reach out to program. My fault for not having proper information in writing but truly thought it was someone I could trust
