ULPT request: how to say "goodbye" to my housemates?

Post Body

I'm breaking lease because my housemates are fucked. Which also means I'm paying 2 weeks rent plus 4 weeks bond on another place, and rent out of my original bond until a new housemate moves in. They made the place so unliveable I actually look forward to going to work. B1 & B2 both only work part time Max 25 hours each a week, then act as if they work in the coal mines 12 hours a day on the rare occasions they work overtime or do 8 hours in one day. Because they don't need to work that much they're just home being psychotic or high all the time. They both have cars, they both have weed in their rooms and occasionally acid, B1 likes to take my food and clothes, B1 also has plants they regularly kill in their room, B1 displays weak looking art around the household, and there's random instruments game play.

Originally when I moved in with these troglodytes B1 (housemate 1) said they only occasionally smoke weed which I thought was like smoking occasionally on the back steps or something, instead they smoke a lot of weed the issue is they're also on antidepressants and anti-psychotic medications where the weed counters that so they're always doing weird shit such as:

  • seeing my clothes and being like 'it's free real estate' and just wearing them.
  • I like to drink Pepsi a lot. B1 just got fixated on my drinks always asking to drink them including when I was drinking one e.g offering to hold it to drink it, I couldn't enjoy drinks without them trying to slob on them or suck on the straws like a dick. When I told them to stop they almost cried and got defensive because "it's normal to me"
  • using my stuff or taking my stuff without permission
  • making hyperbolic states when I told them I'm not happy about things and invalidating my reasonable feelings e.g they broke my blender then tried to lecture me about safety instead of apologising and not being a cunt.
  • their stupid friends have gone into my room without permission and asked me to help them find jobs, to then 1. Pretend I'm unreasonable to not want people in my room and 2. Ghost me during the job process then act as if I'm unreasonable to be pissed off about the lack of communication.

B2 (housemate 2) just follows the other one. You could convince them to drink dish soap. Yet they're annoying in the fact they need to be lead like a child despite being 25 years old. B1 defends B2's toddler antics, tries to defend whatever B2 does using reasons like B2 has ADHD or they worked 40 hours a week for once in their life. Despite me also having ADHD and being the only one in the house working full-time. Repeatedly B2 has locked themselves out of the house and woke me up in the middle of the night, including on week days then got mad I said we need to get a spare key and it turns out they had one this whole time but actively chose not to use it because no one told them to.

I'm thinking on how to say goodbye
