Hey so I just moved into a apartment last month. The way apartment is laid out is there's several private garages in the street directly across from my unit. This one neighbor of mine uses his garage as a home work shop. He has a table saw, miter saw, a skill saw and literally every loud ass power tool that could exist, he owns it.

Anyways this inconsiderate d bag likes to run his miter saw well past quiet hours. What was the final straw was last night trying to go to bed and being kept up by his loud ass tools. It's like he's running a cabinet shop in that tiny garage. He does it almost every night and seems to have no intention of stopping. What can I do to get back at it him with minimal liability or risk on my part? I've already been considering putting some deer urine on his garage door. I'm open to all legal solutions.
