Hi all. I'm stuck in a bit of a predicament here. I (27m) purchased my first house in Idaho. The place was cheap and it needs work, but it's in a nice neighborhood near the city's downtown area. When purchasing the place I was admittedly not aware that the neighbor had a massive, 100 foot tall Tree of Heaven tree growing 3 feet from the property line. To me, it just looked like a big tree. A significant portion of the it hangs over my house and TOH chutes sprout all over my yard, on the fence line, against my houses foundation, all throughout the front yard. There are sprouts from this tree everywhere. How do I kill my neighbors tree??
