Pharmacy gave me the wrong prescription. I have a picture of the wrong bottle they gave me and I told them I haven't taken any yet (mistake if I wanted to keep a couple.) They requested I bring the bottle in when I can as I mentioned I am out of town atm, what are my options? I would like to keep the prescription if possible but I would also like my original prescription. Do I need to return a full bottle? can I claim I spilt or lost it ? I have a photo of the wrong bottle they gave me, complete with who it was originally for. I'm pretty sure they have to dump whatever I give them anyway as they cannot re-dispense it right? What are my options?
