UlPT Request: Need to mess up my landlord for good

Before moving in I was told WIFI is included but just 4 days after he said, pay me for the internet. Next, when I told him that AC and Refrigerator are not working, the guy dismissed it saying, "I've no idea how these things work and you should've told me before"

Now I want to move out because this place is hell! But I doubts he'll be willing to return the deposit.

So how can I mess up his room without him noticing that'll rack up to quite a lot of expense to repair?
