I am going through a background verification with Sterling.
Lied about everything on my resume. Never worked at any place I put on there
I need this job and I do have the skills.
They are requesting for my most recent pay stub at a place I do not currently work at but I put down that I do.
I am currently working out of a place that is not related to the current place I put on my resume at all if that matters.
(Not the same industry)
Please no negativity. Please help I need this job to enable a better future.
What would be a valid reason to not provide them any information? What do I do?
HR folks are saying that I have no chance to pass this background check⦠ok yea true. But what would be a way to articulate the truth in way where there could be slightest chance I get the job?
TIA!!! π
