My grandfather died several months ago, and since then my grandmother's dementia has been getting worse
She started calling frequently, asking questions, talking about the same topics, and sometimes crying, and to be honest, it is difficult for me to deal with that.
But I was always the most person in my family answering the phone, and I didn't expect that it would become annoying later. She is more attached to me than her other grandchildren and I don't want to be mean, but this has truly become unbearable. She calls me every hour (literally) in my lectures and very late at night and wakes me up.
If I do not answer, you will try to call me again and again, and if I answer, you will call again after an hour.
Please judge me, I love her, but this is beyond my patience
