It’s been a constant 6 months of calling filing my claims and the customer service number telling me that the deputy has yet to review my claim and still have to wait. At this point I have nothing, car repossessed phone about to get shut off tomorrow I just need the money to move back home with my parents and start over. I’ve even emailed the office in Richmond still radio silence. If anyone knows anything or anyway to help move the process forward would highly be appreciated. I just don’t understand how a person could just be left in the dark about their claim for so long and literally no one doing the customer service can help or provide an even a small amount of information.
