Hi all. Just quick background. I was on PEUC and my benefit year end date was April 3rd, so yesterday I reapplied like the email I was sent told me to and then immediately verified my identity. I got a notification that my identity was verified and that money should start being deposited within 10 days (which is what it usually says I'm sure when you sign up). Anyway, at 4 in the morning it said I had 2 documents ready to be viewed which were the 'Employer Wage Correction" sheet and the 'Monetary Determination' sheet. I was busy up until a few minutes ago and when I logged in it says that my account is locked and to contact customer service to unlock it. Which we all know how terrible that is, the next call back date isn't until the end of the month. For my claim status, it says that it's 'Expired but active' and that I have no payment hold.
As for the side of the screen it only has my home page, inbox, and benefits estimate tab but it doesn't even show anything in my inbox.
Has anyone had this happen? Is this normal when reapplying? Thanks!
