Post Body

I had filed right away last March when I first was laid off. I just saw it says disqualified because I have sent in the paperwork twice to verify my identity. I hears recently of the id me thing amd never had the option to even do that. I just sent a question through email because when I do call it never goes through. The time I did talk to someone they said I will get back pay when my paperwork is recieved. According to the website it is too late to appeal but I was never notified to it being disqualified. I have been working since July because I had no money and the very little I had saved paid bills but only covered a few months. I know I am working now but those months I was off really put me in some serious debt. Now I am using anything I have to catch up on bills. I just don't know what to do, I paid into it but when I needed it I never got the unemployment. I just don't know what to do at this point.
