Hey, is anyone else having problems trying to get a hold of anyone in the Michigan unemployment? None of my calls will connect, nor can I ever get a phone appointment scheduled despite waiting by the computer early in the morning for them to open and to try to get a slot. I almost feel like there isn't actually any call slots they are putting up. This has been an absolute headache for me, they made a mistake, paid me a bunch of money for unemployment due to losing my job to COVID, then decided months and months later after I spent that money on living that I didn't qualify. I did everything I needed to clear this up, and I haven't heard anything from them nor can I get a hold of anyone. Since I've been unemployed I was diagnosed with cancer, and just going through the hell of that, while not being able to get financial support, and having to pay them back 10,000 dollars with interest, has just been making me spiral into a sense of hopelessness and depression. This is not okay, I know many are in similar situations. Any advice on how to maybe clear this up would be awesome, and I just would love to hear about the experiences of others.
