Been speaking with my case worker this morning via email. I suggest you all do the same. The worker who initially emailed you with any questions regarding your claim when you first filed. Apparently this is happening to some and after reviewing and verifying I had a remaining PUA balance she has kicked it up to her manager. I will update and hopefully this helps but if anyone is experiencing the same contacting that worker may at least get the ball rolling to fixing this for you so you will still be included on the first Phase on Feb 1st. Initially she said I was last on SEB cause some people on the PUA program are showing up like that. My SEB ran out the end of November and was switched to PUA early December to the 26th. If anyone did similar this may apply to them. Just trying to help expedite this for anyone in a similar situation.
