All across the country, people are being evicted still. Past due bills havent been made current, new balances are appearing, etc. Its rough as hell for everyone and it only feels condescending and dismissive when people say "just be patient".
Tell our fucking bills, rent, and empty stomachs to be patient.
Edit 1: finally got through to the wait line. 4 mins after about 60 calls today alone.
Edit 2: ive been on hold longer than 4 mins. Starting to think maybe they said 40?
Edit 3: yep. 40 mins. Got through and got the certification pushed to my account.
