Back in May i got a letter saying i needed to verify my identity by mail. I got approved for PUA and regular unemployment, had the total I would be receiving and everything. Sent my ID and everything else in. They locked my account, got a phone call from them saying they will unlock it, got it unlocked and then my claim disappeared. I haven't received any of the money that i was approved for (including the PUA) since march and the last time i was able to see anything on my account way may 9th. I don't know who to call or try to contact because the UIA number hangs up every time. Would I have to make a new claim? If so, how can I? It seems like I can't file a new claim online. The entire claim I had is just gone from the account... It seems like everything got scrubbed from my account, can't even see the past letters.
