Good god almighty ive been waiting for this day for so long I was loosing hope!! After hundreds of hours spent calling and going through so much bs, I’ve been finally paid after 14 weeks pending. My situation was put on the “Assemblyman Crisis List” and it was all resolved within 2 weeks. Anyone experiencing “pending” status issues I advise you to use this tactic as it works very well and highly increases yours odds of getting paid instead of wasting time trying to call EDD. CONTACT YOUR STATE ASSEMBLYMAN, THEY WILL HELP YOU BUT JUST BE PATIENT.
