I've been waiting on this forever. I have talked to several different agents this week after being told to just wait and wait, and then all of a sudden it says it was disqualified. I have been told a bunch of different things by different representatives on why it is such as:

-late filing back in April when it first said I didn't qualify. I stopped filing for a couple weeks because it said I got 0 dollars

-an adjustment to how much I should get paid (although it went up, and not down)

• I need a letter specifically from my employer. I didn't know I needed that till today and I sent it in.

The agent I spoke to yesterday said it would be processed overnight and he fixed my claim but it wasn't. Another agent I spoke to today said the phone lines for "tier 3" agents were full today and to call back Monday.

Do you guys have any advice or help? It just kept saying pending until a few days ago and now it says I'm disqualified... ): I need help
