Hey everyone I want to share this in the hope it helps someone else:
Starting at 8 am I called the -5616 #.
You will get the general recording of a man with a higher pitched voice. HANG UP, and keep dialing repeatedly.
Eventually, you will get a 3ish second delay and a recorded man with a lower toned voice will answer.
After 1 for English and listening to the recorded message, dial 6-5-1-4.
You will then be asked to give your Social Security Number.
Do Not Enter It! Idk why but this worked for others on this sub, and for me too. After about 3 prompts to enter it, you will automatically be transferred to the next step.
You will either be placed in the queue or hear a “Due to high call volume...” Hang up at this point if you hear this. And keep doing that.
It took me about 3 tries with the lower toned voice today but I got into the queue.
I waited on hold for about an hour and a half. A very nice man answered, updated my status to paid and had it sent to Bank of America for mail-out to me.
I believe in you!
