Job contract Ended

My contractual job ended recently in January. Ever since, I took on some 1099 contract jobs (without benefits), most of these temporary jobs were over $600 per pay, a few were lower than $600.
If I quit this current 1099 job and work other 1099 jobs to stay afloat and apply for EDD, will I still be eligible for Unemployment?
Their main EDD number is useless and hard to get a hold of someone.
