Post Body

Hi all, appreciate any help. #1 I work in Washington State for a DSP (privately owned LLC) that delivers for Amazon. I've been here 4-5 months now, and have not called out in the last 2 months besides today for being sick. My company somehow does not offer sick time I guess, even though that's required in Washington State. Instead we get one hour of PTO every 40 hours worked. I tried requesting a day of PTO off this weekend as well but it was never responded to. Is that allowed since that should essentially be sick pay I'm assuming?

I am also wondering if I may get fired, since they said this is syarting to become a problem today (this is ok I got an IRS job starting in a few weeks) but I would like to know would I get unemployment if I got fired for calling out sick? How much would I get and how long would it take? Also would I get my PTO paid out since I don't get sick pay at all?

Thank you for reading. This company definitely seems sketchy and shitty at communicating.
