Please give me your honest view of this homebrew race! Feedback and criticism are appreciated, just please don't be a jerk. I will be posting the edited version in the comments for those who want to know their voices have been heard.
Faerikin Traits.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Charisma increases by 1.
Age. It's unknown how long a Faerikin actually lives, however, it's speculated they reach maturity at the same time as a human child and can live to be an average of at least 150 years old.
Alignment. Faerikin, just like their fairy parents, tend toward mischievous inclinations but usually never mean to harmful.
Size. You may be larger than your fey parent but you are still dwarfed by most races. You stand between 2 and 3 feet in size. Regardless, your size is small.
Speed. Your base speed is 25 feet.
Fairy Child. You are able to cast the light cantrip. You can also cast invisibility without components once per short or long rest. Charisma is you spell casting modifier for these spells.

Tiny Hands. You are proficient in sleight of hand. If you are unseen you have advantage on rolls to not get caught.

-As a bonus action you are able to throw your dust on a creature or object causing them to shrink two sizes, down to small. A creature must succeed on Constitution saving throw.
-As a bonus action you throw throw your dust on a creature or object causing it to float or fly, you determine this at the time of dusting. A creature must make a Constitution saving throw to not float. A creature can choose to fail this saving throw. The DC for the saving throws is 8 your Proficiency Bonus your Charisma modifier. You produce an amount of dust equal to your proficiency bonus 2. You produce more dust at the end of a long rest.
