So basically I been working in this place for a while now, when I got hired they knew I was undocumented and they were okay with it, they even offered to pay cash, he was always nice and never had an issue with him. Now Im going back to Mexico, I gave him my 2 weeks and he looked sad that I was leaving, and he offered me to pay everything I worked on my last day. Last day comes and Im missing about 400$ They only paid me 1000 and they were supposed to pay me 1400. they only paid me once per month and I was okay with that when I started and never had an issue like that, they would always pay me the right amount. Now he is telling me that those 400 dollars are because he is not paying me while in break, (which is okay but he always paid me that time before) and telling me that because of ssn, medicare, and taxes he is taking 20% . He never asked me for my social nor my fake chuecos. He always paid me my hours before and never took that 20% Is there something I can do? Should I just leave it like that? Im leaving pretty soon so I can not contact a lawyier or something like that any advice?
